Elders

The elders at Southall Church serve as spiritual shepherds of our church body. They provide theological guidance, prayerful leadership, and pastoral care, helping ensure that our church remains rooted in Scripture and aligned with its mission. Our elders work closely with our pastors and staff to discern vision, make key decisions about doctrine and direction, and care for the spiritual health of the church body. Their role is not about authority for its own sake, but about servant leadership—modeling humility, wisdom, and integrity as they lead God’s people.
